At Steve Madden Israel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your customer account on our website and select the order you wish to return to receive a return authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original Steve Madden box along with the invoice and ensure the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Choose Shipping Method

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or visit one of our physical retail stores across Israel for a direct exchange.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
